The Heartburn and Feeding

The heartburn and diet are closely linked. There are several recommendations that can be observed to decrease or relieve your heartburn.

However, it can also worsen the long-term heartburn because it contains casein and calcium, which increases gastric secretion and the resulting heartburn.
